Once an order is placed, we review it before it is prepared for dispatch. Processing times will be confirmed as our fulfilment arrangements are finalised, and will be shown at checkout or in your order confirmation where they apply.

AZUREN delivers within Australia. Delivery timing depends on where the order is going and the service used for that shipment. We will share clearer timing once our shipping arrangements are confirmed.

Shipping costs, including any free-shipping offers that may apply, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Where tracking is available, we will include the details with your order updates so you can follow the delivery.

If a delivery looks delayed, incomplete or missing, email azurenau@gmail.com with your order number. We will look into it and help from there.

Please check your delivery details carefully before you place an order. Once a parcel has been sent, we cannot always redirect it. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as you can.
