By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. When we say “we”, “us” or “our”, we mean AZUREN.

You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes to browse products, contact us and place orders. You must not misuse the site, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it in a way that is unlawful or harmful to other people.

We take reasonable care to present our products accurately, including descriptions, images, grind options, sizes and prices. Products, packaging and website information may be updated from time to time. Photographs are for illustration and small differences can occur.

This section is not intended to excuse misleading or deceptive representations. If you believe product information is wrong, please contact us.

Placing an order through the website is an offer to buy the selected products. Please check your order details, including grind, size, quantity and delivery information, before you submit it.

Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable, unless we say otherwise. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. We may update prices from time to time. The price payable is the price displayed at the time you complete your order.

Payment is collected through a third-party payment provider when checkout is available. We do not store complete payment card numbers.

Submitting an order does not mean it has been accepted. We accept an order when we send you an order confirmation, or otherwise confirm that the order is being processed. We may decline an order if a product is unavailable, payment cannot be completed, details appear incomplete or incorrect, or we reasonably believe the order cannot be fulfilled.

Products are offered while stocks last and may become unavailable without notice. If we cannot fulfil all or part of an accepted order, we will contact you and refund any amount paid for items we cannot supply.

Delivery details, including any available timing and shipping costs, are described on our Shipping page and at checkout. Delivery depends on the information you provide at order. Please keep your address details accurate.

Returns and refunds are described on our Returns & Refunds page. That page forms part of these terms. Change-of-mind returns for unopened coffee may be considered, and damaged, incorrect or faulty products should be reported to us so we can help.

These terms do not exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy.

Website content is provided for general information. We may change, correct or remove content at any time. We do not promise that the website will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors.

The AZUREN name, wordmark, packaging, photographs and website content are owned by us or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our prior written consent, except as allowed by law.

The website may rely on third-party services for hosting, payments, email and similar functions. Those services are provided by the relevant third party and may be subject to their own terms.

To the extent permitted by law, and subject always to rights and remedies that cannot legally be excluded under Australian law, AZUREN is not liable for loss that is not reasonably foreseeable, or for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or from an order.

Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, and it is fair and reasonable to do so, we may limit our liability to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, or refunding the amount paid for the relevant goods.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date. Changes apply to website use and orders after the updated terms are published.

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
